Our Light The Lamp camp executes a unique progression working on virtually every shot from the front foot to the back foot and everything in between. this profound progressive structure leads to improvement via the pathways of repetitions and connection from drill to drill. Players are sure to get an abundance of reps with no shortage of correction and instruction. We have found the perfect system; it is time for you to apply it to your game!Â
You may see a pattern here with Hull Hockey…as skaters, our upper and lower body must be in sync at all times. This is especially true when releasing the puck. We isolate certain components of each shot to directly improve and strengthen certain movements to enhance our overall shot. But beware this is not easy!Â
