Powerskating & Technical Movement
We’re excited to announce our goalie-specific camp built around one of the most important parts of elite goaltending: skating and edgework. This camp will focus heavily on movement efficiency, balance, agility, and developing stronger edges to help goalies move faster and more confidently in the crease. Goalies will work through detailed power skating progressions designed specifically for the position, including crease movement, recovery mechanics, shuffles, T-pushes, transitions, explosive pushes, and controlled edge control. Every session will emphasize proper technique, body positioning, and powerful movement habits that translate directly into game situations.
Our goalies will also spend time developing the technical movements needed to truly master the crease. Every drill is designed to reinforce proper skating mechanics, edge control, positioning, and recovery habits that are essential for high-level goaltending. The camp will focus on game-specific movement patterns that goalies encounter every time they step on the ice, including crease adjustments, angle management, post integrations, recoveries, lateral movement, and tracking through traffic. Goalies will learn how to move efficiently while staying balanced, controlled, and square to the puck in all situations.
Transformative Instruction
Our staff has always been dedicated to helping our players from the get go. None of our coaches are there to just collect a paycheck. They know what it takes to make a difference. Our staff is constantly growing and constantly improving. We guarantee you that the value we bring through teaching in a high energy and industrious culture will transform the way you think about coaching. We are setting the standard. We invest a lot into our coaches and we just know you will see and feel the difference.
Age Group
This camp is essential and ideally for goalies born in 2017-2008. This is not for brand new goalies. During technical movement sessions, goalies will be split by age.
