The modern game requires every player on the ice, no matter the position, to be as skilled as possible, starting with skating. Defenseman like Cale Makar, Adam Fox, Quinn Hughes, etc are changing the way we look at defenseman.
One of the main reasons why this camp is so enjoyable is the fact that we bring exceptionally high energy with modern & unique drills with an abundance of repetitions at a pace you won’t find anywhere else.
As we head into the second half of the season, theres no better time to focus on the little things. During the season, there just never seems like there is enough time to slow things down and focus on position-specific details.
